Lance was born and raised in North Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M with his B.S. and M.S. in Nuclear Engineering, Lance spent the next year supporting the nuclear power industry. In 1995, Lance and Stacey were married and decided that Los Alamos was the place to be and have been part of the community ever since. He spent the next 11 years supporting the Foreign Analysis and Counterterrorism areas at LANL. Lance then decided to take a “leap of faith” and join private industry. He spent the next 10 years traveling across the country selling software and consulting services to companies of all sizes. Lance’s success in this field is contributed to his willingness to develop strong relationships and honest, open communications with his clients. Lance is now taking his proven, successful selling approach to help clients in Northern New Mexico have a smooth real estate transaction from start to finish.

Lance has been active in the Los Alamos community for over 20 years. He has coached hundreds of kids through his involvement in football, basketball, and baseball. In 2009, he helped start the LA Blast Baseball club program to further develop the skills of the future Topper Baseball players. He served on the Little League Board for over 10 years, and continues to serve on the Hilltopper Baseball Booster Board. Lance has also been an Assistant Coach for the Los Alamos Hawks middle school football team for the past 3 years.

Lance is committed to continued support of the Los Alamos community. He looks forward to supporting each client with his full attention and effort to make the entire real estate process as professional and as easy as possible.
