I was born in Espanola at the age of 13 we moved to Santa Fe. My Dad owned commercial property in Santa Fe, so at an early age I was helping do maintnance and collect rents as well as interacted with clients. My Dad owned 10 apartments as well as 2 commercial buildings. I learn to interact with folks in a professional manner. In 1966 I joined the US Army and soon was promoted to the rank of Sargent. I was assigned to an ambulance medical company in Germany, and was in responsible of all aspects of a unit supply Sargent. I had the responsibility of overseeing three supply clerks as well as maintaining property records and the needs of the unit. I learned to pay attention to details and to work with others.
I start my college education is Albuquerque, where I attended the University of Albuquerque, for one year. I also attended the Instutito de Allende, in San Miguel de Allende for three years, where I studied Weaving, Bronce Casting, Mexican art history, and Chinese art history.
I married and moved to Austin where I worked as a food and beverage manager for the Lake Way Resorts. I than got a position with the City of Austin where I was a buyer assistant, and worked my way to the position of Buyer. We than moved to Chanler AZ. I work as a sells person for Arizona Abrasives, and in the evenings, I work for Montie’s La Casa Beja, in Tempe. Soon after I got a position with Arizona State University where I finally l became a Senior Buyer. After 8 years I started my own business. Medina Proprieties, where I was owner and operator of a property management company, reaching up to 60 properties. In 2000 I went to live in Belize Central America, I built an Eco-Tourist Resort, Rancho Maya. In 2006 I moved back to Northern New Mexico. I again had my own business, which was that of handy man. I decided to get a Real Estate license and studied at Brook Sheild College where I gain knowledge in order to pass the licensing exams and got a license. I started working as a Realtor with Chamisa Realty. After two years I started to work with the folks at Re Max Chama. I worked with them for approximately 3 years at which time I started working with Zia Realty Group.
I have learned to treat my client with respect. I go far and beyond what most Realtors will. I am commented to integrity and honesty. My goals when working with clients is to make sure that in end the transaction both the Seller and Buyer are satisfied with the end result
I am from Northern New Mexico. I know this area well. My family has lived in New Mexico for 19 generations. I come for a long line of Business people and understand the important detail of doing business. I have travel into many countries, I have interacted with many nationalities and different people. I pride myself with taking the time to listen to my clients and to ask question that will help us determine the best way to approach their needs.
